Founded in 2017, Sure Good Foods is a trusted global leader in sourcing and distributing high-quality food products globally.
Our name and spirit are anchored in a long history of food experience. In 1945, the Forgan family meat-packing business was established in Winnipeg, Manitoba by the grandfather of one of our founders. Sure-Good was the house brand — symbolizing value, reliability, and integrity — and proudly inspired our company name.

What We Source
Sure Good Foods offers a broad global portfolio across protein, produce, frozen potato, and pulse categories.
Our protein business includes pork, beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, and goat sourced from major producing regions worldwide. Our produce and ingredient programs include fruits and vegetables, frozen potatoes, and pulses, with products ranging from IQF berries to French green lentils.
Each category is supported by established producer relationships, product-specific programs, and market expertise. Pork programs include multiple certification options, including Raised Without Antibiotics and California Proposition 12 compliance. Lamb and goat sourcing includes dedicated halal programs from key origin markets. Our pulse business covers a wide range of products, including Kabuli chickpeas, lentils, beans, and canary seed.
Products are sourced and matched to customer requirements by cut, grade, origin, format, certification, volume, and end use. Supply is available through spot purchases, forward contracts, container programs, and recurring supply arrangements.
