About the Role
Sure Good Foods is seeking an energetic individual for a full-time position as an International Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate is looking to be challenged in a fast-paced environment and will coordinate the movement of food products from origin to destination across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments including ocean freight, air freight, and trucking
- Prepare and manage trade documentation (bills of lading, certificates of origin, health certificates)
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Track shipments and proactively resolve transit issues
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain accurate records in the logistics management system
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Knowledge of customs procedures and trade documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with food or perishable goods logistics
- CBSA or US Customs knowledge
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020
- Multilingual capabilities
